About

I am a writer and author whose work centers on voice, truth, and authority—particularly for women who lead and carry responsibility yet have learned to stay silent when clarity matters most.

My essays explore the moment when silence stops protecting and begin to cost credibility, self-trust, or presence. I write for women who are thoughtful and discerning, women who understand consequence, who do not speak impulsively, and who are ready to speak honestly.

My background as an author and contributing writer informs a body of work rooted in lived experience, careful language, and emotional precision. I am less interested in performance than in alignment, and less concerned with volume than with truth.

Alongside my writing, I offer a limited number of private coaching engagements for women leaders and founders who are ready to reclaim their voice and speak with grounded authority in real-world conversations. This work is intentional, confidential, and focused on language that can be used where it matters most.

Voice is not something we find.
It is something we return to.

Selected Writing & Contributions

I am a contributing writer for Entrepreneur Media, where my work focuses on communication, leadership, and clarity in professional and personal contexts.

I also write for Authority Magazine, where I lead multiple interview series featuring experts across a range of disciplines, including impactful communication, commercial design, radiant skin, and in-person versus online networking.

My interviews and essays center thoughtful conversation, lived expertise, and the role language plays in shaping credibility, connection, and influence.

In addition to my writing, I am the founder of Alahta Mane Essentials, a wellness brand rooted in self-care and confidence. While Alahta exists as a separate venture, it reflects many of the same values that inform my work as a writer—presence, care, and the power of how we tend to ourselves.
